Experienced Media/Publishing Sales – Windsor, Maidenhead and Ascot area
Opportunity to join our dynamic team in lifestyle media as an experienced Media Sales Executive, progressing to Manager on our Windsor & Ascot Magazine title. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving targets, and setting goals by working closely with an existing client base, as well as possessing a high expectation of new business growth.

Ideally we are looking for someone who lives in this area as the role may evolve into a mix of office (Hampton) and remote working.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and generating leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and objectives.
- Create customised advertising solutions that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
Attend local events, shows, and conferences to network and promote the magazine.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the media industry
- Strong understanding of the lifestyle media, including digital and print platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events within the Surrey and Richmond areas
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary £21-30,000pa depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission circa £16,000pa
- Excellent promotion prospects
